A fitted cover protects a fully cool smoker from weather and debris. It must clear handles, shelves, stacks, and controllers without stretching. Never cover warm equipment, and do not use a cover as permission to ignore the manual’s storage and electrical guidance.
The official 30-inch cover page names Masterbuilt 30-inch digital electric smokers. The 40-inch page names 40-inch digital electric smokers and publishes dimensions. Neither statement means every vertical cabinet of that nominal height fits.
Additional controller probes
Masterbuilt’s Gravity Series probe listing says compatible controllers can monitor up to four meat probes. Extra channels are useful for two roasts or grate mapping, but only if the plug, controller, and software support the exact probe.
Do not push an incompatible connector into a controller or splice a third-party probe. Use an independent wireless thermometer instead when compatibility is unclear.
Racks, rib supports, and pans
Generic oven-safe racks and pans may work when dimensions, material, airflow, and temperature rating are suitable. Built-in rack supports and replacement smoking racks are model-specific parts. Measure the usable interior after accounting for the probe, water bowl, chip loader, and door clearance.

Rotisserie kit
The current official fit guide lists model numbers across Gravity Series 560, 600, 800, 900, XT, 1050, and 1150 families. The product description says the spit and claws hold up to 10 pounds, but the food still needs balanced loading and safe final temperatures.
Buy only after finding your exact model in the fit guide. Similar cabinet width is not evidence that brackets, motor position, lid clearance, or power routing match.
Griddle inserts
Masterbuilt has more than one griddle format. The 1050/1150 insert page lists 465 square inches and specific models MB20041220 and MB20041525. The half-grate insert is listed for the 600, XT, and AutoIgnite 545 families.
Do not treat “Gravity Series griddle” as a single product. Check grease drain alignment, manifold requirements, handle clearance, and the exact fit list.
Pizza oven
Masterbuilt’s current international pizza-oven page says it is best suited to Gravity Series 800 and 1050, also fits 600 and XT, and is not compatible with the 560. It also describes sizing pieces for other grill types.
Pizza inserts operate at high heat. Confirm the regional manual, grill model, installation panels, clearances, and maximum temperature before purchase. Do not improvise spacers.
Tier 3: Electric-Smoker Add-Ons
Slow Smoker attachment
Masterbuilt describes its Slow Smoker as compatible with most digital electric smokers and capable of extended smoke production. “Most” is not an exact fit statement. Confirm the chip-loader connection, cabinet model, regional electrical requirements, and current instructions.
Extra smoke does not make unsafe cold-smoking practices safe. Fish, meat, and cheese still require validated food-safety controls appropriate to the method; an attachment is not a preservation system.
MES 400 rotisserie
The official catalog describes the electric rotisserie kit as fitting MES 400 series smokers. Owners of MES 30, MES 35, older digital cabinets, analog units, or propane smokers should not infer compatibility from the brand name.
Replacement water bowl, chip tray, element, and controller
These are parts, not universal accessories. The Parts catalog publishes long exact-model lists for items such as 30-inch water bowls and 800-watt elements. Match the full model and part number, and use warranty support when applicable.
